Red Wine Sorbet
Just in time for Father’s Day we have a quick and easy dessert that all the wine lovers in your family will enjoy!
For our recent Wine Club Release Party we made this sorbet with our 2018 Diablo Petite Sirah, but you could use any dry, red wine.
- 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Dry Red Wine
Blend ingredients and freeze overnight. Spoon sorbet into a dish, garnish with mint or fresh strawberries and enjoy!
We recommend our 2018 Petite Sirah from the Diablo Vineyard.
