LANGETWINS WINE CLUB TERMS

We're honored to have you as part of the LangeTwins family. The LangeTwins Wine Club (hereafter referred to as "Club") is designed to offer exceptional wines, personalized experiences, and dependable service. The following policies help ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all members.

MEMBERSHIP, ELIGIBILITY & COMMUNICATION

Members must be 21 years of age or older.

A valid email address and active credit card on file are required.

By joining the Club, members agree to all policies outlined below.

Email Communication
Email is our primary mode of contact. To ensure you receive all essential membership information - including release announcements, customization deadlines, billing notices, pick-up reminders, events, and special announcements - you must maintain a current email address on file.

QUARTERLY RELEASES & CUSTOMIZATION

Our Club releases occur four times per year. We welcome customizations to our members' wine selections, with the following conditions.

Customization Guidelines
Wine Club members may customize their quarterly Club releases with any LangeTwins brand wine of any varietal, regardless of club tier.

Each quarterly release must include the minimum bottle quantity associated with the member's Club level (four [4], six [6], or twelve [12] bottles) with a selection of LangeTwins brand wines.

Members may also choose to add additional bottles from our other winery brands - Sand Point, Caricature, and Ivory & Burt - to their quarterly Club release. These wines may be added above and beyond the required LangeTwins bottle quantity but cannot replace the LangeTwins brand wines included in the Club release.

Customization Deadlines for Pick Up Memberships
Members who pick up their Club releases from the winery may customize their wine selection in advance of being charged, provided they do so before the deadline listed in the pre-shipment notification.

If no customization is submitted, the curated winemaker selection will be processed automatically and charged to the credit card on file.

Members who pick up their Club releases from the winery may also make changes to their Club selection at the time they pick up their wine at the winery.

Any declined charges must be corrected before wine is picked up.

Customization Deadlines for Shipped Memberships
Members who have their Club releases shipped may personalize their wines before the deadline listed in the pre-shipment notification.

If no customization is submitted, the curated winemaker selection will be processed automatically.

Any declined charges must be corrected before wine will be shipped.

Once an order has been processed to ship:
* No customizations for shipped orders can be made retroactively
* No shipped orders can be refunded or altered

PICK UP POLICIES (COMPLIMENTARY WINERY PICK UP)

Members may pick up their wines at the winery during the designated pick up period.

Pick Up Window
Wine will be held for 60 days from the billing date for pick-up

If Wine is Not Picked Up within the Pick Up Window
After 60 days, the release will be:
* Shipped automatically to the address on file; and
* The flat-rate shipped fee associated with the member's club level will be charged to the card on file (click here to view our Shipping Policies page for more information).
* No customizations may be made after the wine has been shipped as per this policy

SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship to states where legally permitted. For a list of those permitted locations, please visit our Shipping Policies page. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for any package that contains alcohol. We encourage members to consider shipping to a UPS or FedEx pick up location where packages can be received without delays and then retrieved at their convenience.

Members are responsible for keeping their shipping address current. Any address changes must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the quarterly release is charged. Packages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. LangeTwins is not responsible for shipping charges incurred by misdirected packages.

Ship-to members may request to have their quarterly release held at the winery for pick up. Ship-to members may also request a shipment delay due to personal availability, such as being out of town or on vacation.

To request either a winery hold for pick up or shipment delay, please email orders@langetwinsfamilywinery.com or call us at (209) 334-9780 at least seven (7) days prior to the release being charged.

Extreme Weather
To protect the quality of your wine, we may delay shipments during extreme heat or cold events, if temperatures pose a risk. Members may also request a weather delay by emailing us at orders@langetwinsfamilywinery.com or calling (209) 334-9780.

Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or the inability to sign for the package, the member is responsible for reshipping fees.

BILLING, PAYMENT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Charges are automatically processed to the card on file prior to each release.

Wines remain the property of LangeTwins until fully paid.

Members are responsible for maintaining current billing and shipping information.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand by the quality of our wines.

If you receive a damaged bottle, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace the bottle or offer an appropriate credit.

We are unable to provide returns or exchanges for wines that are not to your personal taste preference.

SKIPPING SHIPMENTS

We are happy to offer flexibility for our members when needed.

Members may choose to skip up to two consecutive quarterly releases.
Skips beyond this limit may result in club cancellation or require re-enrollment.

All requests to skip must be submitted before the customization deadline listed in the pre-shipment notification. Requests may be submitted:

During a skip period, no shipments will be processed, no charges will occur, and membership benefits will be suspended.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

We strive to make managing your membership simple and transparent. You may cancel your membership by:

Cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next billing date. Members remain responsible for any wines billed prior to receipt of the cancellation request. Upon cancellation, any Club Membership Rewards and all associated benefits will be forfeited.

POLICY UPDATES & CHANGES

LangeTwins Family Winery & Vineyards reserves the right to update or modify Wine Club policies, benefits, pricing, and offerings at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance when possible.

Continued participation in the Wine Club following any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
