The following Privacy Notice describes how LangeTwins ("LangeTwins", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards your personal information which we collect through our website ("Website"), social media pages that we own and control, and offline activities (collectively, the "Services"). Audio Information - including recordings of your voice (such as voicemail messages).

Inferences - inferences drawn from or created based on any of the informaiton identified above.

II. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND DISCLOSE (SOURCES)

Directly from You When you Interact with our Website
We collect personal information you provide, such as when you register for an account, sign up for our Win Club, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, submit a message via the Contact Us page, make a reservation for an experience, submit a business inquiry through our web pages or sign up to receive emails, text messages, and/or postal mailings.

Using Online Tracking Technologies and Other Automatic Data Collection Technologies
We use Goole Analytics to collect certain basic informaiton about your browser when you visit our Website like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shipping experience better. In-Person Collection
When you visit us in person, we collect personal information about you when you check out of our store or sign up for the Wine Club such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.

III. OUR USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the personal information we colelct for purposes described in this Privacy Notice or otherwise disclosed to you. For example, we have in the past used and may use personal information for these purposes:

Service Delivery. We may use your personal information to provide and deliver our Services, including to:

* Provide and improve the Services (such as purposes related to accounting, finance, tax, regulatory compliance, litigation, information security, fraud detection and prevention, protection of our rights and property, supplier and vendor management, provide training or other services in connection with an entity with which you are affiliated, conduct business with an entity with which you are affiliated, and information technology);

* Create and administer your account; provide custsomer service (including to respond to your requests), fulfill your orders and process your payments;

* Administer your participation in our Wine Club Rewards Program;

* Communicate with you about the Services, including sending you announcements; updates; and

* Enable security features of the Services (such as by sending you security codes via email or SMS and remembering devices from which you have logged into the Services).

Research and Development. We may use your personal information to conduct research and develop and improve products and services. This may include administering surveys and other market research, anallyze audience online activity on the Services. As part of these activities, we may create anonymized, aggregated, ad/or de-identified data from personal information we collect by removing informaiton that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymized, aggregated, and/or de-identified data and disclose it for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Services and promote our business. We will obtain your consent where required by law.

Marketing and Promotional Communications. We may send you offers and promotions for services that may interest you. You can opt out of our marketing and promotional communications as described in the Opt-Out of Marketing Communications section.

Compliance and Protection. We may use your personal information to support our compliance with valid inquiries and directives from law enforcement, government agencies, or others; int eh event of exigent circumstances; to enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Services; to prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity (including cyberattacks, identity theft and other violations of law and/or contracts) to protect the rights, safety, privacy, or our property.

Affiliates. We disclose personal information among our affiliate companies.

Other Disclosures. The above reference categories of personal informaiton may be shared with government agencies, other third parties as required by law or compelled by legal process, to the consumer or other parties at the consumer's request, and to assignees as part of a merger or asset sale.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the prupses outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

We do not "sell" your personal ifnormation for monetary consideration or use your personal information for "targeted advertising". However, our third-party partners and service providers (such as Goodle Analytics) use pixels, web beacons, softward developer kits, third-party libraries, cookies, and other similar online tracking technologies (collectively, "online tracking technologies") to gather information when you interact with our websites, mobile application(s), and email communications. The online tracking technologies that we use on our website oare deemed to be a "share" of personal information udner applicable U.S. state laws. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumer under 16 years of age.

II. YOUR RIGHTS

You may have certain rights and choices regarding our processing of your personal information. Depending on where you live, applicable law may entitle you to additional consumer rights, including the right:

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT TO KNOW, DELETE OR CORRECT

OPT-OUT OF SALE, SHARE, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
To opt-out of the use of online tracking technologies, please submit a request via Your Privacy Choices, which is available in our Website's footer.

Opt-Out via the Opt-Out Preference Signal. California and Colorado residents may opt out by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (on the browsers and /or browser extension that support such a signal). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, go to https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. If you do not have a LangeTwins account or if you are not logged into your LangeTwins account, your request to opt-out of sale/sharing will be lined to your browser identifier only and not linked to any account information because the connection between your browser and the account is not known to us.

RIGHT TO LIMIT THE USE OF YOUR SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION OR OPT-OUT OF PROCESSING OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not process sensitive personal information, as defined by applicable privacy laws. Therefore, LangeTwins does not offer the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

RIGHT TO APPEAL A DECISION
You may have the right to appeal requests that have been denied by contacting us at compliance@langetwins.com.

RIGHT TO NON-DISCRIMINATION
We do not discrimiate against those who exercise any of their rights described in our Privacy Notice.

III. NEWSLETTER AND SMS MARKETING OPT-OUT

If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, click on the "unsubscribe" lin at the bottom of any promotional e-mail that you receive from us. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe.

With your consent, we may use your personal ifnormation to get in touch with you by SMS message. We may use phone numbers you provide to send you telephone or text messages and such messages may be automatically sent with an autodialer, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or other automation technology. To withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages made using these technologies, simply text "STOP" to these messages.

IV. VERIFYING YOUR IDENTITY

For us to process some requests, we will need to verify your identity to confirm that the request came from you. For example, we may contact you by phone or email to verify your request; depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, an email address that you have used with LangeTwins, or a phone number you have used with LangeTwins.

V. SUBMITTING A REQUEST THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED AGENT

Depending on where you live, you may permit an authorized agent to submit a request to exercise the rights described above. If you are an authorized agent trying to exercise an opt-out right on behalf of a consumer, please contact us at the contact information in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Notice with supporting verification information, which includes proof that you have access to the consumer's interface and proof of your own identity.

We reserve the right to deny your reques tif we cannot verify your identity. Where we deny your request in whole or in part, we will information you of the denial, provide an explanation of our actions, and the reason(s) for the denial.

II. CHILDREN AND MINORS

Our Website is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly colelct or use any information from consumers younger than 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 16 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete the information from our records.

III. CALIFORNIA'S "SHINE THE LIGHT" LAW

If you are a California resident, you are entitled, once a year, free of charge, to request information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.

IV. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE

Our Wine Club ("Program" is a loyalty program offered by LangeTwins.

The Wine Club give you access to our Wine Club Rewards Program, discounts on all wine and penny shipping, complimentary wine tasting for us to four people, and exclusive invitations to release parties, events, and tastings. These benefits may be considered to be financial incentives under the CCPA and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and are described along with other material terms and conditions here.

Information we collect. To join the Porgram, we collect at a minimum your first name, last name, address, email address, country/region, city, and zip code. We also collect your phone number, your birthday, your payment card information, and any personal information you choose to enter in your profile.

How we use the information. We use your information to operate and provide services in connection with our Program in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We also use your information to improve our products and services. Where permitted by applicable law, or where we have your consent, we also may disclose your information to other parties.

* Service providers: for the purposes of operating the program and to provide you with the products and services that you have requested. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

* We may also disclose your information in other circumstances as fully described in our Privacy Statement.

To opt-in to the Program, simply sign up for our Wine Club. Because your Personal Information is necessary for you to participate in the Program, you understand that you will be unable to participate in the Program in the event you submit to use a Request to Delete all your Personal Information.

You may leave the Program at any time by submitting a cancellation request.

Solely for the purposes of this notice and pursuant to the valuation methods listed in the CCPA regulations, a good faith estimate of the value of our consumers' (members') data (personal information) to LangeTwins is: the value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the applicable Program, less the expense related to offering those products, services, and benefits to Program participants.

V. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. When we do revise this Policy, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page so you can tell if it has changed since your last visit. The effective date of this Policy is the date on which this Policy was last updated.
