Directly from You When you Interact with our Website
We collect personal information you provide, such as when you register for an account, sign up for our Win Club, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, submit a message via the Contact Us page, make a reservation for an experience, submit a business inquiry through our web pages or sign up to receive emails, text messages, and/or postal mailings.

Using Online Tracking Technologies and Other Automatic Data Collection Technologies
We use Goole Analytics to collect certain basic informaiton about your browser when you visit our Website like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shipping experience better. In-Person Collection
When you visit us in person, we collect personal information about you when you check out of our store or sign up for the Wine Club such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.

To opt-out of the use of online tracking technologies, please submit a request via Your Privacy Choices, which is available in our Website's footer.

III. NEWSLETTER AND SMS MARKETING OPT-OUT

If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, click on the "unsubscribe" lin at the bottom of any promotional e-mail that you receive from us. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe.

With your consent, we may use your personal ifnormation to get in touch with you by SMS message. We may use phone numbers you provide to send you telephone or text messages and such messages may be automatically sent with an autodialer, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or other automation technology. To withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages made using these technologies, simply text "STOP" to these messages.

IV. VERIFYING YOUR IDENTITY

For us to process some requests, we will need to verify your identity to confirm that the request came from you. For example, we may contact you by phone or email to verify your request; depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, an email address that you have used with LangeTwins, or a phone number you have used with LangeTwins.

Our Website is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly colelct or use any information from consumers younger than 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 16 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete the information from our records.

III. CALIFORNIA'S "SHINE THE LIGHT" LAW

If you are a California resident, you are entitled, once a year, free of charge, to request information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.

IV. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE

Our Wine Club ("Program" is a loyalty program offered by LangeTwins.

The Wine Club give you access to our Wine Club Rewards Program, discounts on all wine and penny shipping, complimentary wine tasting for us to four people, and exclusive invitations to release parties, events, and tastings. These benefits may be considered to be financial incentives under the CCPA and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and are described along with other material terms and conditions here.

Information we collect. To join the Porgram, we collect at a minimum your first name, last name, address, email address, country/region, city, and zip code. We also collect your phone number, your birthday, your payment card information, and any personal information you choose to enter in your profile.

How we use the information. We use your information to operate and provide services in connection with our Program in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We also use your information to improve our products and services. Where permitted by applicable law, or where we have your consent, we also may disclose your information to other parties.

* Service providers: for the purposes of operating the program and to provide you with the products and services that you have requested. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

* We may also disclose your information in other circumstances as fully described in our Privacy Statement.

To opt-in to the Program, simply sign up for our Wine Club. Because your Personal Information is necessary for you to participate in the Program, you understand that you will be unable to participate in the Program in the event you submit to use a Request to Delete all your Personal Information.

You may leave the Program at any time by submitting a cancellation request.

Solely for the purposes of this notice and pursuant to the valuation methods listed in the CCPA regulations, a good faith estimate of the value of our consumers' (members') data (personal information) to LangeTwins is: the value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the applicable Program, less the expense related to offering those products, services, and benefits to Program participants.

V. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. When we do revise this Policy, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page so you can tell if it has changed since your last visit. The effective date of this Policy is the date on which this Policy was last updated.
